SHEA
OIL

Shea Oil is a byproduct of
Shea Butter production, which produces fractionated oil (will not solidify).
Shea oil is derived from the nut of the shea fruit which also produces shea
butter. The fruit has a higher
Vitamin C content per gram than an orange. Shea Oil offers benefits for
skin problems such as dermatitis,
eczema, burns, dryness and other irritations
without the problems that occur with the butter. It, however,
has a lower melting point and recommended when the formulation requires a liquid
instead of a butter.
Usage Recommendations: Lip products, liquid soaps, gel, creams and
sunscreen products.
