We used our Lip Balm base (enough to make the amount you want) and added Black Iron Oxide (add 1 tsp or more to achieve the black color), castor oil (just a bit to soften up the base) and Anise Essential (a few drops for taste) to create this ghostly freaky, licorice flavored lip balm.  It will color your lips a ghostly gray.
